Get Piano Lesson 8 – Playing the LEAD Left Hand

Posted by admin on December 20th, 2009 and filed under Uncategorized | 25 Comments »

Welcome to Get Piano Lesson 8 where we begin to ask our left hand questions it’s never had to answer before… how to play the DOMINANT role in a two-handed piano piece? As we all know, piano music is largely performed with a major emphasis on the notes played with the right hand. But there are times when our left hand needs to step up a little and support the right hand with a more prominent rhythm section… like NOW! So… right handed beginners… prepare to step out of your comfort zone for the next 10 to 20 minutes and lets get to work!! This full video is much too long to be shown here, but you can watch the entire lesson (for free as always) by simply going to: http://www.get-piano-lessons.com/how-to-learn-piano.html
